When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
How much is shipping?
We are currently offering flat rate shipping at $8 within the continental US.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, but will gladly replace any merchandise that arrives damaged, subject to approval. To be considered for a replacement, please submit proof of damage and contact us at asterlanecompany@gmail.com
What are your candles made of?
Our candles are from a high-quality, all natural coconut-soy blend wax, cotton wicks that are lead and zinc-free, and non-toxic fragrances that are paraben and phalate free.
